Returns & Exchanges Policy: 

At Four Little Birds Candle Co., each candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for scent preference or change of mind. However, we want you to love your experience with us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@fourlittlebirdscandleco.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once approved, we will gladly send a replacement or issue store credit for the value of the damaged item.
