Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Four Little Birds Candle Co., each candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for scent preference or change of mind. However, we want you to love your experience with us. For damaged products or lost in shipping please see below.


Shipping & Damage Policy

We carefully package each candle to ensure it arrives safely at your door. While we are not responsible for delays once a package is with the carrier, we will gladly assist if your order arrives damaged.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@fourlittlebirdscandleco.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue store credit for the value of the damaged item.
